You wanna know what that means? That is how much I put on the ol' Gymboree Visa today to fill up the Suburban! A SUBURBAN people!!! Not a car, not a bike, not a motorcycle. A big gas guzzlin' kid hauling SUBURBAN. I am still in shock. During the summer, we were paying about $125 for a tank of gas. Its a 28? gallon tank, so that tank of gas will go a lotta miles!!! Gas is now $1.84 a gallon. I wonder how long it will stay this low?
Another busy Boden weekend. Ran some errands on Saturday. Got my L'Oreal moisturizer for 16.xx out of pocket that will get me a 21.98 rebate...yes, I'm good. Went to our friends' the Shrivers for dinner, where we unfortunately had to make an abrupt exit (sorry again!). Abby thought it would be a good idea to spin around in circles on the swing they have downstairs. She complained her tummy hurt and then decided she didn't need her dinner anymore. At the time, we thought she was sick, so we left in order to minimize the sharing of germs. Turns out, while I was tucking the princess in, she confessed to the spinning. So, at least it wasn't sick. Could you imagine, FOUR puking kids? Um...no thanks!
Sunday we didn't go to church...didn't want to risk Abby really being sick and giving other kids germs. So we did a lotta nothing. Late afternoon we did a photo shoot of a friend of mine and her family. They turned out so stinking cute! She has a 2 week old and an almost 2 year old and they were just precious. They'll be up on his site soon...http://www.peterboden.com. If you know anyone in Spokane who is interested in pictures, let us know! PBP is offering some packages (1/2 for $50, 1 hr for $90) and you get a CD with all the images. Good stuff!
The kids found a new favorite movie...Alvin and the Chipmunks. Right now I am hearing a chipmunky voice sing "Christmas time is here..." and children dancing around laughing and singing :)
Oh, Oh, how could I forget this? Friday night, we had a date. Truly a 20th century date. We have Mario Kart for the Wii and so do my brother and sister in law. We connected our Wiis and put them on speaker phone and proceeded to kick some hiney! Actually Pete did the hiney kicking, since I came in 4th place every. single. time. But that's ok, I freely admit I'm just not a racey kind of girl! Although, I'm thinking my mother would probably disagree with that...hardy har!

Yes you are one racy woman! But I was going to say, too bad I wasn't in the game--then you would have been NEXT TO LAST every time :)
Woot... does that make us like famous if we end up on your blog? :-)
Glad Abby's feeling better... no barfies over here, either, so that's good. But, uh, you can keep the bowl. :-)
